Heaven
& Hell
When the
Pearly Gates open and gentle plumes of smoke billow out of the doorway,
guests can enter Heaven. As they are handed a glass of champagne they
will notice that the walls are adorned with a hand painted backdrop of
a beautiful cloudy sky scene. To enhance and set the scene a harpist positioned
in one corner will be playing soft heavenly music.
Once all
your guests have arrived in Heaven, an announcement is made and Satan
(complete with horns) suddenly appears and demands that you all GO TO
HELL as you are all sinners and as such cannot be allowed to stay in heaven.
Entering
Hell is a scary notion. As you make your way through the wrought iron
gates you have entered into a secret underworld of forbidden self-indulgence,
decadence and gluttony - all the things you wouldn’t be allowed in
heaven and that make for a much better party. The music gets louder and
suddenly you have entered the burning abyss of hell.
The walls
are covered in hand painted backdrops that will give the appearance of
entering the deepest point of hell, with flames licking up the walls.
The ceiling will be glowing red and the stage will have a backdrop of
the entrance to Satan’s Lair. At the four corners of the dance floor
will be a burning silk flambeau depicting the fiery furnace of hell.
During dinner,
entertainment will be supplied by one of the devil’s workers drawing
caricatures of your guests in either an Angelic or Devilish manner. These
drawings can be given to your guests to take home as a reminder of what
it was like to be in hell!.
All of a
sudden the room goes dark as you welcome onto stage the Devil’s own
entertainment a specialty act the one and only ‘Nightmare Shock Show’.
Consisting of a vampire impalement upon a sword, a realistic hanging,
a beheading by guillotine, and a demon type character who emerges from
a blazing coffin this is the perfect entertainment for the devil to stage.
As the Devil’s
shock show comes to an end it is time for Satan’s Gambling Den to
open and guests can bet the night away with a forbidden flutter on either
the Black Jack, Roulette or Poker tables. The croupiers are residents
of Hell and dress accordingly, so don’t be shy just have a go! Do
not however be lulled into a false sense of security for you are now in
hell, where no sooner does one nightmare end then the next one begins.
Your guests will be alarmed as they hear in the distance a roaring sound
that seems to be coming from the stage. As they turn their attention to
this area the whole area lights up and Meatloaf appears on stage complete
with his Harley Davidson to give you his very own rendition of ‘Bat
Out Of Hell’.
After an
outstanding forty five minutes from Meatloaf there is only one thing left
for you trainee Devil’s to do and that is dance. As we leave you
in the hands of the DJ it is time for us to take our leave and let you
finish what you started, an evening of ‘Heaven and Hell’!!
